Article 74 Under any of the following circumstances, the articles of association shall be amended:

(1) Upon amendment of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Lawyers or other relevant laws and regulations or the Articles of Association of All China Lawyers’ Association, the contents of the articles of association of the Bar Association contradict the provisions of the aforesaid laws, regulations or articles of association after amendment;

(II) There is a change in the Bar Association which is inconsistent with the contents stipulated in the articles of association;

(III) The lawyers' congress decides to amend the articles of association.

Within 15 days after the amendment of the articles of association is deliberated and adopted by the lawyers' congress, the Bar Association shall submit it to the competent authority for examination and approval, and submit it to the registration administrative authority for approval.

Article 75 The term "more than" referred to in these articles of association shall include the numeral referred thereto.

Article 76 The articles of association shall be interpreted by the council of the Bar Association.

Article 77 This articles of association shall be filed with the governing authorities and All China Lawyers’ Association for record. 

Article 78 Where the provisions of this articles of association are inconsistent with the laws, regulations and policies of the State, the laws, regulations and policies of the State shall prevail.
